US Aggregates Acquires North American Limestone Company

US Aggregates expands its aggregates footprint and fine grind capabilities by acquiring NALC and a controlling interest in Midwest calcium carbonates.

US Aggregates announced today it has acquired North American Limestone Company (NALC)’s operations based near Cloverdale, IN. The acquisition includes NALC’s two quarry locations, 243 and Deer Creek, as well as their interest in a Fine Grind business currently operating under Midwest Calcium Carbonates (MCC). The acquisition allows US Aggregates to expand its Indiana aggregates footprint and add additional Fine Grind processing capabilities.
