Pillars of Potential
Shaping potential from the start.
Each summer, select high school students join our Pillars of Potential program. You’ll work on genuine business challenges, build professional skills and earn a paycheck — all while exploring your future career path.
Internships
Real world experience, real connections.
College students and recent graduates join The Heritage Group as interns each summer, gaining experience across construction, environmental services, sustainability and R&D. You’ll collaborate with experts, make connections and discover what makes our family of companies special.

Orr Fellowship

Each year, The Heritage Group hosts new Orr Fellows — standout graduates selected for a two-year experience with three rotations across THG’s businesses. It’s a direct launchpad to leadership, learning and lasting impact.
